Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in Biddeford, Maine. You will collaborate with a partner to assemble products used in the aerospace industry. This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to stand for an 8-hour shift, and strong collaboration skills. Previous manufacturing experience is not required but is preferred. Opportunities are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Work Environment

The work environment is bright and engaging, with music playing to maintain a lively atmosphere. You will stand for the duration of your shift and work closely with a partner. The tasks are repetitive, requiring focus and precision. Safety is a priority, so smocks and safety glasses are mandatory, and personal phones are not allowed on the production floor. First shift hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM (with possible 4x10 shifts), and the second shift runs Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 12:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
