Production Worker

We are seeking a dedicated production worker to join our team. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure the efficient production of packaged goods. Candidates will work with machinery that fills, cuts, seals, and packages products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

M-Th: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Fri: 6:30 am - 10:30 am

Job DescriptionOperate and set up packaging machinery, including auto packagers and cutters.Adjust machinery components, such as hoses, blades, and film rolls.Set orders and runs into computer systems.Manage and unclog jams in machinery.Check products for defects and ensure quality control.Connect hoses to tankers and fillers.Climb ladders to access the top of machinery and work comfortably at heights.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of GMP experience.At least 1 year of packaging experience.At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.Ability to lift 40 lbs. individually.Comfortable working on mezzanines and climbing ladders.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual capabilities.Experience with machine operating and packaging machinery.Experience in blending and batch mixing is desirableWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, temperature-controlled facility featuring packaging machinery, kettles, and tanks. The floor consists of various machinery and packaging lines, and the atmosphere is pleasant with a good aroma. Employees are required to wear hairnets, beard nets, non-slip boots, and work pants, and adhere to a GMP environment. It is a supportive and rewarding place to work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.85 - $18.85/hr.
