**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Kitting Specialist who will play a crucial role in unloading parts from the paint line, inspecting for defects, and ensuring the correct parts are packaged onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. This position requires physical stamina, as the specialist will be consistently lifting up to 30 pounds and moving around throughout the day. **Responsibilities** + Unload parts from the paint line and conduct thorough inspections for defects. + Package correct parts onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. + Use a computer and work instructions to kit parts per order specifications. + Perform material handling, labeling, and palletizing tasks. + Work efficiently in a warehouse environment, handling production loading and unloading tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and following work instructions. + Strong attention to detail for inspection and defect identification. + Experience with unloading, material handling, and palletizing. + Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. + High School Diploma or GED. **Why Join Us?** **We offer more than just a job—we provide a supportive environment where you can thrive.
