**Job Title: Industrial Cleaner - 1st Shift** **Responsibilities** + Perform cleaning tasks using hand tools and equipment such as shovels, scrapers, power washing equipment, and hoses. + Clean ash from products and shovel into buckets. + Clean oil spills and other materials around machinery. + Conduct overall cleaning of entire machines during shutdowns. + Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Climb ladders attached to machinery or stairs as needed. + Wear required PPE including double hearing protection, fire-resistant coveralls, eye protection, and hard hats in designated areas. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Willingness to work varied hours, including early starts and late finishes. + Experience with power washing or hydro blasting equipment. + Understanding of industrial cleaning procedures. + Knowledge of confined space or respirator use. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy benefits such as weekly pay, medical, dental, life, and vision insurance after 30 days, and a 401k with a 4% company match after 90 days. Be prepared for this challenging work environment. Standard work weeks are 40 hours with normal shifts starting at 6:30 am. Overtime may require earlier or extended hours. PPE is mandatory, including steel toe boots, eye protection, hard hats, double hearing protection, and fire-resistant coveralls. Our team is expanding, and we aim to start 3-4 new employees each week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delta, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
