Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated General Laborer join our team in the manufacturing of pre-cast concrete structures used for sanitation and storm drainage. This role involves hands-on work with concrete forms, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process, and supporting general labor tasks as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of pre-cast concrete structures.Use hand tools to maintain the integrity of concrete forms.Smooth and finish concrete surfaces to eliminate imperfections.Perform general labor tasks throughout the week.Required Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude (e.g., working on vehicles, assembling furniture, landscaping).Ability to accurately read a tape measure.Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dirty environment.Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and 10–15 hours of overtime.Preferred:6+ months of manufacturing experience6+ months of landscaping or manual labor experienceDemonstrated job longevityWhy Join Us?Growth opportunities through internal promotions and cross-training.Strong safety culture—our goal is for everyone to go home safely each day.Built-in overtime and boot reimbursement after hire.Be part of a team that values your development and well-being.Work EnvironmentLarge facility spanning two buildings and a storage yard.All work is performed indoors, but the environment can be dusty and dirty.Temperature varies seasonally (cool in winter, warm in summer).PPE provided: steel-toed boots, safety vests, glasses, hard hats, gloves, and earplugs.Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 50-hour workweeks.Shifts available:4:00 AM – 2:30 PM5:00 AM – 3:30 PM6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
