Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team. The role involves the setup, functionality, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment, along with the production of water bottles at designated stations. We require two operators for the night shift and one for the day shift.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure necessary equipment and tools are present at the start of each shift.Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment effectively.Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure product quality.Fill out production logs to document daily activities.Clean and sanitize packaging equipment regularly.Conduct weekly preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.Set up packaging equipment and perform changeovers for various products.Continuously monitor the performance of packaging equipment.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Experience with hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.Willingness to learn new skills and possess a team-player attitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general production, hand tools, general labor, packaging, and cleaning.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is a large plant with numerous conveyors. It is not temperature controlled, resulting in a very hot environment in the summer and cold conditions in the winter.

This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
