Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team, working primarily on the night shift. Operators will rotate between different machinery and roles within the plant floor, ensuring machines operate smoothly and efficiently. Initial training will occur during the first shift for 2-3 weeks before transitioning to nights.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload fiberglass materials.Operate winding and unwinding machinery, and work at the dip station.Stack rolls using the hilo.Apply wrap to rolls.Maintain continuous machine operations without issues.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role.Experience with manual machinery operations (not assembly).Consistent work history with at least 2 years in each previous role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production, machine operation, general labor, assembly, packaging, and loading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is cleaner than most, though there is a noticeable chemical smell similar to paint. The environment can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with occasional dust accumulation. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in the same area throughout their shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
