**Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift** **Job Description** + Join a dynamic metal job shop where you will be cross-trained in various roles, including assembly, laser operation, and metal fabrication + This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute in multiple areas, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes **Responsibilities** + Load steel onto machines and ensure proper operation + Check and inspect parts after processing, sanding, and deburring as needed + Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts + Stack inspected parts onto racks and prepare them for shipping and receiving + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop by sweeping and cleaning **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a job shop setting + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds + Strong teamwork skills + Flexibility in job duties and willingness to assist where needed **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
