**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual for electronic assembly of switches used in military, government, agriculture, and healthcare sectors. The role involves handling small parts, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to use various hand tools to build component parts. You will be responsible for gathering necessary materials and placing components onto PC boards. Additionally, you will be trained in ultrasound lines, involving mechanical assembly at a conveyor belt, where you will follow work orders to assemble ultrasound parts. **Responsibilities** + Perform electronic assembly of switches and components. + Handle small parts with precision and dexterity. + Use hand tools for assembly tasks. + Gather materials and components for assembly. + Place components onto PC boards. + Conduct mechanical assembly on ultrasound lines. + Follow work orders for ultrasound parts assembly. + Stand or sit at your station throughout the day, maintaining focus on detail. **Essential Skills** + Experience as an electronic assembler. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Solder certification is a plus. + Experience with pick and place is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance, with many employees transitioning to permanent positions within 6 to 7 months. Shift times include 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Cook, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
