Your role includes adhering to safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. You will actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and company standards. Additionally, you will adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production processes, conduct quality checks to meet customer specifications, maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas, and accurately record production data. **Responsibilities** + Package and facilitate the production of adhesives, sealants, and lubricants. + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing PPE. + Contribute to a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations. + Adjust machine settings for efficient and effective production. + Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications. + Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area. + Accurately record production data and information. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency in machine operation. + Skills in packing and previous manufacturing. + Experience in landscaping, roofing, and construction. **Why Work Here?** We offer a shift differential of 10% for applicable shifts and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The company provides up to 4% 401k match after 90 days and 250 hours of service. You can earn 40 hours of vacation after your first year of service and 80 hours after two years. The available 2nd shift positions follow a 4-day shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime as needed based on production requirements. **Work Environment** The work environment is an indoor manufacturing facility. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.
