**Job Title: General Production Worker $18 an hour!** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated general production workers with manufacturing experience. While specific concrete manufacturing experience is not required, recent manufacturing experience is essential. We provide comprehensive training for all necessary skills! **Responsibilities** + Assist in production on a rotating shift with hours from 5am-5:30pm for 1st shift and 5pm-5:30am for 2nd shift, following a 2 on 2 off, 3 on every other weekend schedule. + Perform tasks such as wheel loading, which involves pushing materials into the loading machine and clean-up work, including sweeping and working from heights. + Monitor facility temperature from the control booth. + Assist with landfill product management by loading and unloading landfill product onto machines. + Transport, move, and unload products as needed in the rail loader position, with work hours varying from 5am-5pm or 5am-7pm. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing environments. + Ability to work flexible hours and shifts. + Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. + Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor facility conditions. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
