Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets while ensuring quality control and stacking orders based on daily requirements. Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 25 lbs repetitively and possess a high attention to detail. Inventory counting and standing for extended periods (10+ hours) are also key aspects of this position.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of two shifts: 1st shift from 7AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Friday) and 2nd shift from 3:30PM - 12AM (Monday - Friday), with 10-hour workdays. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must follow GMP guidelines, including wearing hairnets and/or beard coverings in designated areas. Jewelry is restricted to medical alerts and plain wedding bands. False eyelashes, nails, body glitter, and nail polish are prohibited, as well as perfumes or after-shave within the facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
