**Job Title: General Production Worker $15 an hour!** **Shift** 1st shift- 6am-2:30pm **Job Description** We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. You will be responsible for assembling trusses using hand tools and power tools, and you must be comfortable working with these tools. This role requires flexibility as the shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of extended hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm starting in June. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and put together trusses using hand tools and power tools. + Work efficiently on the production line, ensuring high-quality output. + Pass a tape test to demonstrate competency in measuring and assembly. + Adapt to the warm manufacturing environment, particularly during the summer. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret tape measures accurately. + Experience in general production and assembly tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packing and general labor is beneficial. + Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing job stability and potential for growth within the company.
