This role is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, industrial environment. This position involves performing secondary functions on steel sheets, such as grinding, inspection, rework, and bending. Candidates must be physically capable and flexible with job duties, including assisting machine operators when needed.You will train on 1st shift until consistently hitting production needs and then move to 2nd shift.
