**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team at a 24-hour printing and converting facility in Guilford, CT, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to high-quality production processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in machine operation, ensuring efficient workflow.
+ Load machines and set programs to initiate production runs.
+ Perform in-process quality checks through visual inspection of products.
+ Unload machines upon completion of production runs.
+ Complete necessary documentation and production reports.
**Essential Skills**
+ Computer literacy for completing production and quality reports.
+ Strong mechanical skills and ability to follow written work instructions.
+ Sharp eye for identifying quality issues and commitment to detail.
+ Commitment to quality production and continuous improvement.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with paper handling equipment and/or printing is a plus.
+ Mechanical aptitude and inclination towards manufacturing processes.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guilford, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
