**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role involves electronic assembly of switches used in military, government, agriculture, and healthcare sectors. You will be trained to handle small parts with precision and must possess good hand-eye dexterity. The job includes working with hand tools to build various component parts, gathering necessary materials, and placing components onto PC boards. Additionally, you will be trained on ultrasound lines, requiring mechanical assembly work at a conveyor belt, following work orders to assemble ultrasound parts.
**1st shift, 6am-230pm 6x openings**
**2nd shift 3:00-11:30 4x openings**
**$16 for 2nd**
**$15 for 1st**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble electronic switches with precision and attention to detail.
+ Handle small parts and ensure good hand-eye coordination.
+ Utilize hand tools to build component parts.
+ Gather necessary materials for assembly tasks.
+ Place components accurately onto PC boards.
+ Train and work on ultrasound lines for mechanical assembly.
+ Follow work orders for assembly tasks on a conveyor belt.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electronic assembly and soldering.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Good hand-eye dexterity for handling small parts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Solder certification is a plus but not required.
+ Experience with pick and place equipment is advantageous.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a manufacturing setting featuring long rows with five work stations each. You will be standing or sitting throughout the day, with temperature checks conducted at the beginning and end of each shift. The shift times available include 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates can expect 3-4 hours of overtime daily, averaging 50-60 hours per week.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
