Job Title: General Production Worker! $18.15 an hour!

Shift: 2nd shift. 3pm to 11pm.

Join a leading manufacturer of garage doors, where you will contribute to the production process in a dynamic environment. This full-time, long-term position offers a 90-day contract-to-hire arrangement, allowing you to grow within the company.

ResponsibilitiesOperate hand and power tools efficiently and safely.Read tape measures accurately and perform basic arithmetic operations.Participate in the assembly of door sections, adding bottom seals, end caps, and assembling panels.Label panels and work collaboratively within a team.Pack and hand-load trucks, manage incoming shipments, and verify receipt of shipments.Replenish and transfer materials to various departments and maintain clean work areas.Use routers to cut panels and install seals for window assembly work.Manage materials by putting away inventory, replenishing products, tracking materials, and communicating with suppliers.Perform physical tasks including bending, pushing, pulling, and team lifting up to 100 lbs.Essential SkillsAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic operations.Experience in operating hand and power tools.Capability to lift and handle heavy objects up to 100 lbs.Experience in assembly and packaging tasks.Proficiency in using Excel for material management and communication with suppliers.High school diploma or GED required.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-3 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with shifts available from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a work shirt. Cut-resistant sleeves are provided for safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.
