Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for the production of millwork and related products. Your duties will include moving, handling, and lifting wood pieces and millwork to process them through production. Additional responsibilities may include packing orders, building crates, performing finishing work, sanding products, and pushing boards.
SHIFT: 6AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday (5AM start time for OT when needed)

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing environment where machines are operational, and some areas may be loud and dusty. Safety glasses and gloves will be provided. The dress code includes typical manufacturing attire such as work pants or jeans, a sweatshirt, and work boots (preferably steel-toe). The warehouse is heated, and employees receive two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. A cafeteria with a refrigerator and microwave is available onsite. The working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, and the facility currently accommodates 43 employees, with plans to expand to 55.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, New Jersey.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
