**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. The role involves unloading trailers of grain, opening floor and trailer traps, taking grain samples for testing, performing basic computer operations and data entry, lifting trailer lids for loading grain, and handling weights up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Unload trailers of grain into designated dump areas. + Open floor traps and trailer traps for grain dumping. + Take samples of grain for testing purposes. + Perform basic computer operations and data entry for all truck loads. + Lift trailer lids for grain loading. + Handle lifting up to 50 lbs at a time. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production-based work for at least 1 year. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday. + Proficiency in general labor tasks. + Skill in data entry and basic computer operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation. + Ability to perform inspection and packaging tasks. + Skill in machine operation and load management. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan, dental and health insurance, and a Health Savings Account.
