**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The role involves loading machines with rolls of thin aluminum sheet metal, monitoring the machine as it processes the metal, and organizing the processed pieces. You will be responsible for tying completed concrete wall ties together with metal wire, transporting bundled wall ties to designated storage areas, and spray painting the ends of ties according to order specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Load machines with rolls of thin aluminum sheet metal. + Monitor the machine as it punches holes and cuts metal to size. + Collect processed pieces from a conveyor belt and organize them. + Tie completed concrete wall ties together with metal wire. + Transport bundled wall ties to the designated storage area. + Spray paint the ends of the ties according to order specifications. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, and metalworking. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Understanding of blueprints and fabrication techniques. + Experience with drill press and mechanical machinery. + Strong attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in a repetitive, hands-on manufacturing environment. + Comfortable working with mechanical machinery. + Basic understanding of workplace safety and ability to follow procedures. + Ability to lift and move materials up to 50-65lbs repetitively. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that values long-term commitment and offers opportunities to convert to a full-time employee. It will be warm in the summer, with doors and windows open and fans operating to keep air circulating. During winter, the shop stays warm with the machines constantly running. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bates City, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
