**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The General Production Worker is responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product specifications such as weight, moisture, length, and texture are met. The role involves setting up, starting up, disassembling, reassembling, and operating machines during production while paying attention to detail. The worker must identify and correct any issues that arise, notifying the supervisor as necessary. Safety is paramount, and the worker must comply with OSHA and workplace safety regulations, clean the machine and work area throughout the shift, and prepare dough according to product specifications.
Shift
2,2,3 Schedule 6 PM - 6 AM Night Shift, Rotating schedule. One week works Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The other week is off Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $16 in training and then goes to $17 after training
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery and ensure product specifications are met.
+ Set up, start up, disassemble, reassemble, and operate machines during production.
+ Identify and correct any issues and notify the supervisor.
+ Clean the machine and work area throughout the shift and during changeovers.
+ Prepare dough according to product specifications.
+ Comply with OSHA and workplace safety regulations.
+ Perform any other related duties as required by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**
+ Machine operation and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Experience in the food/beverage production industry.
+ Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
