**Job Title: General Production Worker** 2-2-3 Schedule 10-12 hour shifts 25/hr 7am-5pm and Every other weekend **Job Description** This role involves performing a variety of tasks associated with production work. The job includes physical labor such as shoveling rock, assisting in equipment repair, retrieving tools, and providing support wherever needed. Responsibilities also include running sweepers to maintain cleanliness, washing scrubber slabs, managing clinkers for screening and crushing, and ensuring crusher screens are greased and inspected. Additionally, you will assist in the clay feed area and help maintain cleanliness and equipment lubrication across all production areas. **Responsibilities** + Perform general production tasks across various areas. + Shovel rock and assist with equipment repairs. + Retrieve tools and provide support as needed. + Operate sweepers to keep concrete areas clean. + Wash scrubber slabs and manage clinkers for screening and crushing. + Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant. + Support clay feed attendant to maintain clay chopping. + Maintain cleanliness in all production areas. + Lubricate equipment throughout production zones. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency with hand tools. + Aggregate experience. + Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, and climbing stairs and ladders up to 60 feet. + Ability to lift weights up to 60 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in running equipment is a plus. + High school diploma or GED equivalent. **Why Work Here?** This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied environment, providing hands-on experience in production and equipment management.
