**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** This position involves working in multiple areas around the shop, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to showing up every day. The role includes assisting in various departments, such as the machine department, where you will help load machines and assist operators. You will also be responsible for unloading materials and products, helping in the sanding area, and operating a robot. **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operators in loading and unloading necessary materials and products. + Work in the machine department, helping to load machines and assist operators. + Operate a Robot and help in the sanding area. **Essential Skills** + Material handling + General labor + Machine operation + Forklift operating + Picking and packaging + Production + RF scanner usage + Loading and shipping + Receiving and warehouse inventory + Assembly and heavy lifting + Labeling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work on feet for 10+ hours + Comfortability with regular lifting and twisting **Work Environment** The role is based in a manufacturing environment, requiring an individual comfortable with physical demands and capable of working long hours on their feet. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eureka, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
