**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the production line. Your tasks will include assembling materials, operating machines, and inspecting components before packaging them for shipment. This position offers the opportunity to rotate among different tasks, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and assemble materials on the production line. + Inspect components for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents before packaging. + Lift and place plastic and foam car hoods at designated stations. + Rotate through different positions on the production line based on preference. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Experience in visual inspection for identifying defects. + Consistent employment history with at least 8 months at past three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Experience in machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with great health benefits, including a $250 deductible for HAP and zero co-pay for Delta Dental. Please note that long fingernails are prohibited for safety reasons. The position is on the third shift, from 10:30pm to 6:30am, with mandatory overtime, including some Saturdays and occasional 12-hour shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.95 - $16.95/hr.
