Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic General Production Worker to join our team. This is a 1st shift position with 4-10 hour shifts, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, from 5:30 AM to 4 PM. The role involves supporting various departments within the shop, interpreting mechanical blueprints, and using the appropriate power or cutting tools for each job. The successful candidate will assemble pieces, perform tack welding, insulate panels, clean the shop as needed, and may assist in building shipping crates, as well as loading and unloading trucks. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.

Work Environment
The position is based in a shop environment that is climate-controlled, although it can get hot or cold when bay doors are open. It is a fast-paced setting where teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
