Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

The company specializes in producing polymer-based solutions for construction safety equipment and flexible films for food packaging. The General Production Worker will be responsible for operating basic production equipment such as extrusion machines, sewing, and slit machines. The candidate will primarily engage in tasks such as button pressing and unloading materials from the machinery, typically weighing around 40 lbs every 10-15 minutes.

ResponsibilitiesOperate fabrication machines such as extrusion, sewing, and slit machines.Ensure machines are correctly producing products to attain maximum productivity levels.Perform quality assurance to maintain high standards of production.Utilize equipment and materials efficiently.Work within a small team to ensure smooth operation.Essential SkillsExperience in production or construction.Ability to lift and manage materials weighing up to 40 lbs.Basic knowledge of operating power and cutting tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with measuring tools and cutting materials.Experience working in a small team environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work within a clean and organized warehouse setting. The team is small and intimate, consisting of only three people. The standard working hours are from 7 am to 4:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.
