**Production** **Interview ASAP | All Shifts Available** **Overview** We are seeking several detail-oriented production workers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our 12-step refurbishment process, ensuring the quality and functionality of modems. This position requires you to be on your feet throughout the day and work collaboratively with others. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas to enhance your skill set. There are multiple shifts available. If you are interested in this position, then please apply today and an Aerotek Recruiter will reach out within 24-48 hours. **Responsibilities** + Document received parts and components. + Perform factory resets by manually pressing buttons. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs. + Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests. + Perform cosmetic cleaning and repair. + Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC). + Prepare and assemble kits for palletizing. + Pack and build pallets for shipment. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly, packing, and repair. + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of the day. + Ability to work well with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. + Hand dexterity. **Shifts Available** + Monday - Thursday 5AM-3:30PM ($16/hr) + Monday - Thursday 4PM-2:30AM ($18/hr) + Friday - Sunday 5PM-5AM ($19/hr) **Work Environment** Work in a brand-new facility specifically built for our operations, complete with a locker area and cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. Located in Elgin, IL, the site is conveniently situated near major roads, gas stations, and restaurants. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
