Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Your primary tasks will include loading and unloading parts, inspecting them for defects, and assembling them using hand tools while maintaining the speed of the moving line. You will also be responsible for performing inventory audits, reconciling daily electronic transactions, marking defective parts for rework, and preparing finished parts for shipping.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload parts from the production line and inspect for defects.Assemble parts according to specifications using hand tools.Maintain the speed and efficiency of the moving production line.Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions.Mark defective parts for rework and prepare them for rework.Pack finished parts into shipping racks for dispatch to customers.Essential SkillsExperience in material handling and assembly line operations.Proficiency in using RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with material handling is a plus.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced, involving collaboration with a large team of approximately 1500 employees. While not completely climate-controlled, the conditions are moderate and comfortable compared to outdoor temperatures. Shifts available include 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday night (11pm-7am) and 1st shift (7am-3pm).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $18.91/hr.
