Job Description
Join our dynamic team where you will actively participate in the production process by placing industrial plates, bolts, and piping onto hooks for coating. Your role will involve hanging and un-hanging parts on the production rack, ensuring precision and attention to detail through accurate work order documentation.
ResponsibilitiesHang and un-hang parts on the production rack.Fill out work orders accurately, including counting and recording parts.Assist in the warehouse with shipping and cleaning the production floor.Package finished products.Maintain a fast-paced and repetitive workflow.Essential SkillsPrevious production experience of 1+ years.Ability to lift 35-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing experience is preferred.Experience in a warehouse or production facility is helpful.Skills in assembly, hand tools, and tape measure usage.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in an industrial production environment with approximately 12 employees. The shift runs from 4am to 2pm Monday through Thursday, with Friday shifts as needed from 4am to noon. Dress code includes work-appropriate shirts, steel toe shoes, and jeans. Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere without micro-management, ideal for self-sufficient individuals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
