Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will learn and perform three primary positions within our production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.

ResponsibilitiesReceive new raw materials and organize them within the plant.Operate machinery and manage a three-person crew during your shift. Create blend mixtures and monitor machines to ensure correct product levels.Handle finished products by loading them onto trucks or storing them in the warehouse.Essential SkillsExperience with forklift and machine operation.Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.Strong communication skills to effectively work with a small team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production, general labor, inspection, packaging, and shipping & receiving.Personable nature and ability to work well with others.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm in a dusty and occasionally noisy environment. Be prepared for a dynamic setting with hands-on tasks, ensuring a stimulating workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
