**Job Title: General Production Worker** **$20/hr-Minimal Factory Expereince Needed** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform general labor duties within our food manufacturing environment. As a General Production Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. Responsibilities include operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate Rapid-Pak and vacuum seal machines. + Transport and stage metal trays for machine operators. + Organize and sanitize metal trays for cheese storage. + Sweep and mop floors to prevent debris contamination. + Scoop cheese from mixing bins to cheese troughs. + Sanitize cheese troughs after each batch. + Transfer cheese from troughs to sorting machines. + Weigh, sort, seal, and box cheese products. + Wash and sanitize hands frequently throughout the day. + Adhere to GMP and PPE requirements. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing. + Experience with GMP standards. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with pasteurization. + Knowledge of dairy products. + Sanitation skills. + Bilingual abilities are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers stability and growth within the marketplace. The second shift operates from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with 5-10 hours of expected overtime. Candidates are required to follow GMP guidelines, including wearing hair nets and beard nets, and must adhere to strict hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing. Smoking is prohibited during shifts, including breaks and lunch periods. **Location** Arena, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
