**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role encompasses three primary positions within the production process that every candidate will be trained. These positions include managing raw materials, operating machinery, and handling the finished product. Each employee will learn the skills necessary to excel in these roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and organize new products within the plant as part of the raw material handling.
+ Operate machinery ensuring accurate blend mixtures and monitoring product levels.
+ Manage finished products by loading them onto trucks or storing them in the warehouse.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in forklift operation.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a small team.
+ Competency in machine operation and production processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Personality suited for general labor and production tasks.
+ Experience in inspection, packaging, loading, shipping, and receiving.

**Work Environment**
The role is for the 2nd Shift, operating from 3pm to 11pm. The environment may be dusty, dirty, and loud due to machinery operation.
**Job Type & Location**
This is located in Winona, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
