**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a general production worker in a versatile floater position. You will have the opportunity to assemble rack holders and assist in various areas when needed. This is an excellent entry-level position to explore different areas and potentially advance to machine operating. **Responsibilities** + Assemble rack holders efficiently and accurately. + Provide assistance in different areas when team members are absent. + Support machine operation tasks as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Proficiency in general production and assembly tasks. + Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation. + Knowledge of painting, powder coating, and spraying techniques. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage.
