**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** + As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines, including the rolling head, overwrapped unit, and shrink tunnel, according to product specifications. + You will mount rolls of material on machine supports, thread the material through the rolling head unit, start the machine, and observe the flow to detect irregularities. + Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance, complete paperwork accurately and promptly, and adhere to all safety guidelines and operating procedures. **Responsibilities** + Set up machine, rolling head, overwrapped unit, and shrink tunnel according to product specifications. + Mount roll of material on machine supports and thread material over tension bar and through rolling head unit. + Start machine and observe flow of material to detect irregular winding. + Move levers to start, stop, and regulate speed of machine and align with rolling head to maximize profitability. + Observe customer product being converted while checking for defects such as print quality and registration. + Perform routine maintenance on the machine. + Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and machine operating procedures. + Other duties may be assigned. **Essential Skills** + Machine operation + Machine set up + Machine operating + Printing experience + Flexographic experience + Troubleshooting **Why Work Here?** + We offer 4-10 hour shifts with competitive pay and shift differentials available for off shifts. + We are committed to providing thorough training for candidates with machine experience, even if they do not have print experience. + We value flexibility and are looking for individuals who can train on different shifts if needed. + 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available with flexible hours! **Pay** + $20-24/hour+ based off of interview and previous work experience. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
