Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for our general production team. This role involves monitoring machines, visually inspecting products, packaging, and palletizing. Employees will rotate stations to maintain engagement due to the repetitive nature of the work. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor machines to ensure smooth operation.Visually inspect products coming off the machines for quality assurance.Package and palletize finished products.Rotate workstations to maintain engagement.Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds.Essential SkillsGeneral labor experience.Good hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Familiarity with reading blueprints.Mechanical assembly skills.Machine operation experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.Ability to consistently show up and learn quickly.Comfortable with repetitive tasks involving small parts.Capability to sit for the majority of the day.Why Work Here?

Shift Hours and Pay
First Shift; 6:00am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday ($18/hr)
Second Shift: 4:00pm-2:00am Monday through Thursday ($18+$1.50 shift premium)

This is a position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
