Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will be involved in light and heavy assembly tasks. You will assemble wall faucets and other irrigation equipment in a high-volume environment, sending out 10-14k faucets daily. Be prepared for a physically demanding role, as you will be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day, including working Saturdays. In heavy assembly, you will construct industrial sprinklers for farms using hand tools and lubricant, a task that requires significant physical effort, especially for your hands.

ResponsibilitiesPerform light assembly of wall faucets and irrigation equipment.Engage in high-volume production, sending out up to 14,000 faucets daily.Participate in heavy assembly of industrial sprinklers for agricultural use.Utilize hand tools and lubricants to construct sprinkler parts.Maintain a high level of physical activity, including twisting and screwing sprinkler heads.Work on your feet for extended periods, ranging from 10-12 hours a day.Work on Saturdays as required.Essential SkillsExperience in production and manufacturing.Proficiency in assembly tasks.Capability to operate in a general production and manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or construction environment.Familiarity with hand and power tools.Experience in machine operating is advantageous.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
