**Job Title: General Production Worker $18+** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as shoveling corn and grain, as well as cleaning and wiping down machinery both inside and outside of the facility. Your work will primarily be conducted outside, requiring you to be comfortable working in various weather conditions. You will handle non-hazardous chemicals using basic soaps and regular household cleaning products. **Responsibilities** + Perform shoveling tasks for corn and grain. + Clean and wipe down machinery inside and outside the facility. + Sanitize large grain silos, floors, walls, and inside trolleys that transport corn and grain. + Use power washers for heavy-duty spills. + Utilize shovels and buckets to clean smaller spills or runoff during transportation. + Lift items constantly up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds. **Essential Skills** + General production and labor skills. + Sanitization and cleaning expertise. + Ability to lift heavy objects up to 60 pounds. + Comfortable working at heights. + Proficient in using power washers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with janitorial duties. + Packaging skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that promotes from within, offering opportunities to advance into skilled trades and management. Working hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM with varying schedules, including potential overtime on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
