**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Individuals in this role will assist operators with various projects, including inspection, unloading/loading sheets, packaging, and performing miscellaneous maintenance within the job area. Candidates will be responsible for inspecting and packaging products at the end of the production line, then using a pallet jack to transport them to the wrapping machine. **Responsibilities** + Assist operators with project tasks. + Perform inspection of products at the end of the production line. + Load and unload sheets as needed. + Package products efficiently and accurately. + Transport packaged products to the wrapping machine using a pallet jack. + Engage in miscellaneous maintenance duties within the job area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production, packaging, and manufacturing. + Familiarity with machine operation and production line processes. + Ability to stand for 10-hour days. + Capability to lift 40+ lbs. + Strong attendance and reliability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred: Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a close-knit crew in a small team environment, fostering strong camaraderie among the 6-8 team members. **Work Environment** Work in a very small manufacturing plant with a total of 10 people on each shift. The production floor is semi-clean but loud, requiring PPE such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. The role includes two shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 4:30pm, and 2nd Shift from 4pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
