**Job Title:General Laborer – Precast Concrete Facility** Location:The Villages, FL Shifts Available:1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Saturdays required) **Job Summary:** We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team at a precast concrete manufacturing facility in The Villages, FL. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the creation of high-quality concrete products. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the production of precast concrete forms and structures. + Prepare molds, pour concrete, and finish surfaces as required. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely. + Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. + Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. + Load and unload materials and finished products. + Perform quality checks and report any defects or issues. + Support other departments as needed.
