**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play a key role in maintaining machines and assisting in set-up and molding duties. This full-time position involves changing out gaskets and working with hydraulic and air systems. Experience in a machine shop, automotive shop, or production environment is advantageous. **Responsibilities** + Maintain machines and assist in set-up and molding processes. + Change out gaskets and work with hydraulic and air systems. + Operate machinery and perform general labor tasks. + Utilize forklifts and hand tools in daily operations. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment. + 6 months or more experience using hand tools. + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a machine shop, automotive shop, or production environment. + Experience with forklift and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where you can get in at the ground floor and benefit from a culture that promotes from within. The hours are from 5:30am to 2:00pm, requiring resilience and the ability to work under physical conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
