**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker and be an integral part of our manufacturing process. You will rotate through various stations ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. **Responsibilities** + Wear and maintain gloves in a sanitary manner and switch them out as you rotate. + Supply cups for all cup setter magazines and ensure the cup paper size is correct for the product being run. + Clear cup paper stuck on a cupsetter head and scrape trays. + Keep the cupsetter area clean at all times. + Ensure each tray cavity has received one cup paper and notify the relevant personnel if there are missing cup papers. + Reposition incorrectly deposited cup papers and remove extra cups. + Clean the Tonnaer screw when the line is down for one shift or longer. + Remove defective products from the inspection belt and perform metal detection checks. + Monitor and reject large quantities of unacceptable product when necessary. + Fill cases with the required number of bags and monitor the integrity of bag seals. + Perform finished product quality tracking and record case counts. + Rotate through stations efficiently and perform wrapped product inspections. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, and packaging. + Experience in food production and manufacturing. + Ability to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts, with initial training on 1st shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficient in packer, picker, cleaning, and hand packing roles. + Ability to perform metal detection checks and quality inspections. **Why Work Here?** Join a top-rated employer known for offering significant growth opportunities and employee discounts.
