Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Candidates will have the opportunity to learn different steps in the process including screen printing, packaging, machine operation, and inspection.

ResponsibilitiesScreen Printing: Responsible for adding paint for the screen printing machine to work effectively.Packaging: Ensure packages are sealed tightly and labeled.Machine Operation: Responsible for punching or cutting parts to the appropriate size and inspecting to ensure the machine is functioning correctly.Inspection: Ensure no defects in finished products before proceeding to packaging/shipping.Essential SkillsExperience with general labor, press machines, packaging, machine operation, press brake, hand tools, inspection, forklift, food production, assembly, line cook, or farm hand.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is not climate-controlled but comfortable in production areas. The team size is 50-60 people per shift, working in close proximity to one another. Employees are allowed to wear shorts and shirts with closed-toe shoes, though steel-toed shoes are not required. The 1st shift runs from 7am to 3:30pm, and the 2nd shift runs from 3pm to 12am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Onalaska, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.95 - $17.50/hr.
