**Downstream Operator - Weekly Pay!!** **Job Description** I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Downstream Operator to join our client's Extrusion department. This entry-level position involves utilizing standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications. As a Downstream Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our client's products by ensuring they are wrapped evenly and neatly around the reel. **Responsibilities** + Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure the final product meets customer specifications. + Identify and address any basic abnormalities in the product. + Perform heavy lifting of industrial pipes. + Ensure the final product is wrapped neatly around the reel while maintaining quality checks. + Work in a loud manufacturing environment. + Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working space. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing and production experience. + Machine operating skills, including machine learning. + Mechanical assembly and aptitude. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent manufacturing experience. + Consistent work history within manufacturing/production. + Eagerness to learn and adapt. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering comprehensive benefits such as paying 80% of premium insurance and providing life insurance at no cost.
