Join our dynamic production team as a long-term General Production Worker, contributing to the manufacturing of grout and concrete products. This role offers an opportunity to operate machinery, transport materials, and ensure product quality in a supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesMeasure and inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift.Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines.Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation.Ability to perform general labor tasks.Proficiency in production processes.Skill in loading and forklift operations.Competence in product inspection and measurement.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift and move regularly up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.Comfortable with cross-training within multiple departments.Basic math and measuring skills.Work Environment
Work in a robust industrial environment where safety is paramount. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes and are provided with personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, or a 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 2 PM to 12:30 AM. Flexibility for overtime work is necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
