**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic injection mold company specializing in products for appliances, automotive, electronics, and more. As a General Production Worker, you will be involved in creating essential components for major clients, including refrigerator parts for top companies. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a variety of tasks each day. **Responsibilities** + Pull parts off large presses and assist with small piece assembly. + Operate multiple machines simultaneously and perform light industrial work. + Stand and move for 8-10 hours a day while maintaining attention to detail. + Ensure the correct number and type of parts are stacked per pallet. + Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing and production. + Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management. + Ability to perform assembly, packing, and palletizing tasks. + Skill in using RF scanners, loading, inspection, and packaging. + Experience with machine operation and hand tools in cleanroom environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of relatable experience in similar roles. + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day. + Willingness to work on weekends as needed. + Experience in roles requiring extended standing, such as cooks, servers, or laborers. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from 10 paid holidays, annual raises, and the advantages of working in an employee-owned company. The fast-paced setting requires operating at high speeds to meet high demands. Dress code is laid-back, allowing appropriate t-shirts, long sleeves, jeans, and closed-toe shoes. Shorts are permissible in the summer. Shifts include 1st shift from 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2nd shift from 3:00pm - 11:00pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with rotating weekends required for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
