**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be working on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting in June, the shift will transition to five 10-hour days from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be responsible for assembling trusses using hand and power tools. Candidates must be comfortable using these tools and pass a tape measure test. Please be aware that the work environment can get warm during the summer months. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and put together trusses using hand and power tools. + Ensure all work is completed accurately by passing a tape measure test. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Experience in production, general labor, and assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general production and packing is advantageous but not required. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position, providing an excellent opportunity for job security and career advancement in a supportive and dynamic work environment. **Work Environment** The position is based in a manufacturing setting where temperatures can rise during the summer months.
