Job Description

Join our dynamic team on the foam and filtration composite production line. As a general production worker, you will be an integral part of creating high-quality fans and industrial filters in our fabrication shop.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage the production line efficiently during the night shift from 3pm to 2am.Ensure the quality and consistency of products by following established procedures and standards.Perform assembly tasks with precision and care, contributing to the overall production goals.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to enhance team performance and productivity.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.Essential SkillsExperience in production environments.Proficiency in general production and assembly tasks.Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a similar role is advantageous.Demonstrated reliability and responsibility in previous positions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our production facility features luke-warm temperature rooms designed for optimal comfort during shifts. The role requires working in a fabrication shop setting where attention to detail and safety are paramount.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
