General Production Worker-2nd Shift
**Job Title: General Production Worker-*2nd Shift*** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in our production line. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, operating machines, inspecting parts, and preparing them for shipment. You will rotate through various positions, allowing you to find the area that suits you best. **Responsibilities** + Work on the production line, assembling materials and operating machines. + Inspect parts before packaging them for shipment. + Assemble components as required. + Rotate through different positions on the line to find the most suitable role. + Lift and move parts weighing up to 40 lbs. + Ensure quality control by identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience as a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position within the last 6 months. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Visual inspection experience with the ability to identify defects. + Longevity at past jobs, with a minimum of 8 months at each of the last three positions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Experience in machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy shift premiums while training and a generous attendance bonus of $60 per month. Maintain short fingernails due to safety controls. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.95 - $17.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
