**Job Title: General Production Worker 1st shift $18+** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for operating chop saws to remove ceramic materials and filter balls from aerospace parts, cutting metal parts to client specifications, and ensuring that measurements meet the required standards. You will also be responsible for lifting up to 50 lbs when needed, operating computers to input data on finished parts, and reading and interpreting work instructions. Responsibilities + Operate chop saws to remove ceramic material, filter balls, and rods from aerospace parts. + Utilize measuring equipment to ensure specifications are correct. + Cut metal parts to the specifications of aerospace clients. + Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. + Operate computers to insert data on finished parts. + Read and interpret work instructions. + Occasionally use mics and gages. Essential Skills + 1+ years of manufacturing experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Mechanical aptitude. + Computer literate with experience utilizing computers. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with general labor, production, saw operation, and grinding. + Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of measuring equipment such as mics, cals, micrometers, and tape measures. + Experience operating bandsaws and working with metal parts.
