Job Description
Join our team in assisting with various general labor tasks essential to manufacturing counterweights and steel products. This role involves unloading products off machines, preparing them for shipment, and providing support in material handling as needed. All tasks must adhere to applicable safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of heavy steel manufacturing in Youngstown, characterized by a mix of new and old equipment. The facility is somewhat dirty and not well-lit. Shift times include 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, and 10:30 PM - 7 AM. The team comprises roughly 50+ full-time workers and approximately 120 people in production as full-time or temporary staff.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
